with reference to the variety of topologies, and the design, implementation and
management of Local Area Networks, Wireless Networks and Wide Area Networks.
To equip the learner with the knowledge to demonstrate and discuss concepts and
implementation of networking standards and protocols.
To assist the learner to demonstrate critical problem solving abilities in a range of contexts
and roles in a networking environment.
To assist the learner to develop the academic and vocational language, literacy and
