Network design (intranet) and implementation

Actually I have a local LAN with PDC Windows2008 Server, clients Windows10, printers and Wifi access.
A flat network (same subnet)

I need 1 full-day of remote/online consultant to
- validate all needs
- design a performant and secure network
- define users rules
- split the network (Work lan, server lan, guest lan, client lan, DMZ, VPN, ...)
- configure via RDP/AnyDesk the PDC and/or FW
- configure via RDP/AnyDesk clients, printers, wifi, ...
