Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call support for network issues from 7-830am and 530-9pm EST.
- Troubleshoot issues primarily with routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

- Strong understand of firewalls.
- Excellent skills and experience with routers and switches.
- Availability for on-call support during specified hours.
