Network & Systems Management - Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) Experts Needed

Responsibilities:
– Implement and configure N-able/N-Sight and Solarwinds RMM tools
– Monitor and maintain network infrastructures using the specified tools
– Develop and manage monitoring and alerting strategies
– Perform regular system updates and patches
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues as they arise
– Advise and support our internal IT team in optimizing monitoring processes
– Document system configurations and changes

Requirements:
– Proven experience with N-able/N-Sight and Solarwinds
– Deep understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
– Experience in managing and monitoring complex IT infrastructures
– Knowledge of IT security and network technologies
– Ability to independently solve problems and troubleshoot issues
– Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical information
– Familiarity with GDPR and EU data protection regulations is a plus

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
– Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CISSP, AWS)
– Experience with other IT management tools
– Project experience in the IT field
