### Scope of Work: Infrastructure Redesign and SD-WAN Implementation
#### Objective:
We are seeking a certified professional (CCIE and CCDE) to assist in redesigning our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust connectivity between our Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC). The project will include documentation of the new design, assistance in implementation, and integration with our existing environment, which includes multiple branches and services hosted both on-premises and in the cloud. Additionally, we require the activation and deployment of an SD-WAN solution.
#### Key Deliverables:
1. **Infrastructure Assessment:**
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current infrastructure, including DC, DRC, branch offices, and cloud services.
- Identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for optimization.
2. **Infrastructure Redesign:**
- Design a new infrastructure architecture that ensures seamless connectivity between DC and DRC.
- Integrate branch offices into the overall infrastructure with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Consider both on-premises and cloud services in the design to ensure a cohesive hybrid environment.
3. **SD-WAN Solution Activation:**
- Evaluate the existing network setup and recommend an appropriate SD-WAN solution.
- Design and document the SD-WAN deployment plan.
- Ensure the SD-WAN solution aligns with business goals, enhancing network efficiency and reducing costs.
4. **Implementation Support:**
- Assist in the implementation of the redesigned infrastructure and SD-WAN solution.
- Work closely with the internal IT team to ensure smooth deployment and transition.
- Provide troubleshooting and optimization support during and after the implementation phase.
5. **Documentation:**
- Create comprehensive documentation of the new infrastructure design, including network topology diagrams, configuration details, and connectivity schemas.
- Document the SD-WAN solution architecture, configuration, and management procedures.
- Provide detailed implementation guides and operational manuals for ongoing maintenance.
6. **Training & Knowledge Transfer:**
- Provide training sessions to the internal IT team on managing and maintaining the new infrastructure and SD-WAN solution.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are well-equipped to handle the new environment post-deployment.
#### Requirements:
- The consultant should hold valid CCIE and CCDE certifications.
- Extensive experience with Aruba HP solutions is required.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and SD-WAN solutions.
- Ability to deliver detailed, clear, and actionable documentation.
