Network Compromised

Hello, it seems like my small network has been hacked. As I do things to try and figure out what’s going on something else pops up to stop me from my network adapter magically uninstalling to a new rule that was created to block all my traffic on my firewall and now the firewall has been reset. I think that they might even have a replica of my phone or something. I need serious help ASAP.
