Need network engineer to help setup Custom Mini Scada system

I am i work as an electrician in the oil and gas industry. I have a Rs485 LTE Gateway. What I'm trying to do is route the Modbus traffic from the router to the internet so I can remotely access it.
I have a basic understanding of networking but definitely not enough knowledge to do this myself.
My Plan is to program the Gateway to Connect to a Remote access VPN(that has a static ip) Then connect to The remote access VPN on the client side to access the Modbus data.
I figured using this method I could elimate the need to use dynamic DNS while also dealing with security at the same time
I was wondering if you could set up the Remote access server for me and i would definitely be interested in learning how to do it if possible. I would also be interested in future tech support if that's something your interested in.
Basically I'm trying to setup a custom Small Scale SCADA.
I hope my explanation was adequate, and if you have any suggestions of different ways of doing things i would definitely be interested in hearing you expertise. Thank you
