Need help with a few network issues (VPN, ping, NetLogon)

need some help immediately with a few network issues:
1) windows computer NetLogon service can not start.
2) Via VPN, can ping one computer IP but can not ping other computers IP in the same network. ICMP is enabled in Firewall on all computers.
