Need help bonding 3 internet connections with full speed TCP and UDP throughput with per packet aggregation

Project Description:
I am in need of a skilled professional who can assist me in bonding three internet connections from the same ISP to achieve full speed TCP and UDP throughput with per packet aggregation with regards to a single connection (IE, user wants to download a file, and each connection is 50 mpbs, the user could download that file at 150 mbps as it is a single stream). I am looking for the ability to use our own hardware and am able to purchase equipment necessary (within generous reason, like two servers) The project requires expertise in networking and internet connection optimization.

Requirements:
- Experience with bonding multiple internet connections from the same ISP
- Knowledge of TCP and UDP throughput optimization techniques
- Ability to achieve per packet aggregation for maximum speed
- Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies
- Must use commodity equipment (IE no services from other companies) as we would like to self host this with one end being at our house, and the other colocated in a data center.
