Need expert to lower ping over VPN

I am in need of an expert who can help me lower my ping over a L2TP/IPsec VPN connection. The ideal candidate should have experience in optimizing VPN connections for low latency.

Requirements:
- Expertise in L2TP/IPsec VPN configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze and identify factors affecting ping and latency over a VPN connection
- Experience in implementing solutions to improve ping and reduce latency
- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies related to VPN connections

Skills:
- Strong understanding of VPN technologies and protocols, specifically L2TP/IPsec
- Proficiency in network analysis and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of network optimization techniques and protocols

Experience:
- Proven experience in optimizing VPN connections for low latency
- Previous work on reducing ping and improving network performance over VPN connections
- Familiarity with different VPN providers and their configurations

Please note that the VPN connection is expected to last for more than 6 months. Additionally, the approximate download and upload speeds are more than 50 Mbps.
