Need assistance - Sonic wall nsa VPN troubleshooting

I have a client with VPN profile. There is a Sonic wall on my endbwith 5 hosts open to them. They are able to connect to those 5 hosts via nat'd IP just fine. I added a sixth one and they are able to connect to that. Can you please help identify the issue? Please feel free to ask as many questions beforehand. We will have to do a screenshare.

Also, do you have a way to create a map of all connections via a script or tool?
