NOC and SOC Manager

BASED IN UK ONLY - We are seeking an experienced NOC and SOC Manager to oversee our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will ensure the seamless operation and security of our IT infrastructure, managing a team of engineers and analysts to monitor, identify, and resolve network and security issues promptly.

Daily Duties:

Manage and lead NOC and SOC teams, ensuring effective 24/7 monitoring and incident response.
Oversee the detection, analysis, and mitigation of security threats.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of network services and systems.
Coordinate and execute incident response protocols and post-incident reviews.
Develop and maintain NOC and SOC processes, documentation, and reports.
Monitor and analyze network performance metrics and security alerts.
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other departments to align security practices with business objectives.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Stay updated with the latest network and security technologies and trends.
Implement and manage tools for network monitoring and security information and event management (SIEM).
