Mystery shoppers needed to evaluate retail stores
- Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a mystery shopper
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines
- Responsibilities:
- Order a specific health product (we will send you the link) to your phone and address, purchase it, and carefully photograph everything from the package to the contents inside.
- Also, during the phone call, record the conversation by text, including what was said and the prices offered (typically there will be 3 prices: higher, medium, and lower).
- Purchase the lowest priced option.
- Provide detailed reports on customer service, product quality
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process
- Number of mystery shoppers needed: 1-3
