Mikrotik Routing and Port Block

We are looking for someone with experience with Mikrotik routers to help us with two things. One, setup static routing for about 10 subnets to specific ips/servers as we have been told this is the correct way to route things. Two, we need to setup port restriction on a specific subnet to block any traffic on port 25.
