Mikrotik RouterOS Configuration

I have currently a Draytek Router connected to internet.
I have another PC on which I have Mikrotok RouterOS 7 installed and ready for further configuration. You will be configuring it from scratch.
I want Mikrotik RouterOS configured in a way so that the devices connected on 3 of it's ports can form a subnet network. There are two devices connected on Draytek I also want them access to all the 3 devices in Mikrotik RouterOS devices. On fourth port of Mikrotik Router the Draytek Router will be connected.
In other words, you will configure Mikrotik RouterOS to create a network of 3 devices and configure firewall for incoming/outgoing rules. For outgoing, I want these devices access internet, but not access any other device connected on Draytek. For incoming, I want only those 2 devices and web services connected.
One more thing. I currently have a VPN dial-in setup on Draytek, I want that VPN Draytek connected external device to access a specific device connected (out of those 3) to Mikrotik for remote desktop. (So remote user will connect to Draytek VPN and then remote desktop to the Mikrotik Router connected device.)
And any other settings (e.g. security etc...) on Mikrotik RouterOS as required.
You will be remotely connecting to my PC to configure the Mikrotik RouterOS. (No configuration required on Draytek, just let me know if you want me to configure anything on Draytek and I will do it.)
