Mikrotik Router Configuration with multiple wan links and BGP, Experienced Expert needed

I am looking for a highly experienced expert to configure my Mikrotik router with BGP (full routes) and three separate ISP wan links. Must have experience optimizing network performance.
Key Skills Required:
- Extensive experience with Mikrotik routers
- Deep understanding of BGP (Border Gateway Protocol)
- Proven track record with multi-homed setups
- Proficiency in BGP with BFD
- Experience with BGP peering, advertising both ipv4 and ipv6
May need to facilitate traffic routing based on destination, implement bandwidth management, develop custom routing rules
