Mikrotik Router Configuration

I am looking for someone who is expert in configuring Mikrotik Routers, The configuration requirements are the following:
1. vLANs (DMZ, Server Farm, Desktop/Laptop, Wireless)
2. NAT - Point Live IPs to virtual machines on Esxi
3. Configure Firewall and block social websites
4. Configure IPS / IDS
5. Allow specific ports
6. Internet Load Balance and Failover
7. Bandwidth Limitation for users
