Mikrotik IPsec IKEv2 PSK vpn only TX no Rx

I need that the Mikrotik Ipsec ikv2 connection to another site work, and connect with the computers from my internal lan.
Configuration:
Mikrotik Ipsec Policies Src. Address must be mi real ip. "not my local ip range, not work"
Mikrotik Ipsec Policies Dst. Address must be internal ip range of the another Site .

Mi Site
local network 192.168.0.0/24
Fixed IP

Another Site:
10.192.0.0/16
Fixed IP

I can't use my local ip range to Mikrotik in IpSec Policies, is not allowed, only allowed My Real IP.
then i have a Nat Problem, nat translation of IKVe2 not work.

Objective : From my local network connect to local network of the another site using ipSec Ikve2 PSK
192.168.0.250 ---> 10.192.186.132 -- > OK
