Mikrotik IPSec VPN Configuration

I need assistance with configuring Phase 2 of an IPSec VPN on my Mikrotik router. The goal is to enable LAN to various hosts connectivity. Currently, only LAN to a single host is permitted, and creating policies for additional hosts causes conflicts.

Key Requirements:
- Enable LAN to multiple hosts via IPSec Phase 2
- Resolve policy conflicts
- Implement host grouping for easier management
- Add routing tables for remote clients
