Mikrotik Hotspot Engineer Needed

I need an experienced engineer to work with Mikrotik Hotspot on Router OS. The project runs on a captive portal over a fiber optic network with Nokia ONT's.

Key tasks include:
- Configure device fingerprinting
- Integrate with FreeRadius
- Set up NAS and authentication
- Manage DHCP address leasing

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Mikrotik Router OS
- Strong background in FreeRadius, NAS, and authentication methods
- Experience with device fingerprinting techniques
- Networking experience, particularly with fiber optic setups
