Mikrotik GURU : Configure priority between 2 Routers running BGP ( Lan and wan side )

we would like to have assistance to configure 2 routers facing same IP range trough 2 BGP session actually in place. we need asssistance to manage priority and probably configure OSPF or something else so each appliance do not broadcast the same IP at the same time .
