Mikrotik Dual WAN Load Balancing Setup

I'm looking for a network specialist to set up dual WAN load balancing on my Mikrotik router. The primary aim is to efficiently distribute traffic across multiple connections. Mikotik PCC is already configured but having some issues like iphone and android users phone app crashing and getting no internet again and again.
