Mikrotik Configuration for 5 ISPs Load Balancer

I need a networking expert to configure my Mikrotik router to manage load balancing across 5 ISPs. The setup involves using Nth Packet Load Balancing and implementing specific failover capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Configure the environment for 5 ISP accounts connecting via PPPOE with VLAN 500 (Dynamic Public IP).
- Ensure from Port 1 to Port 5 is correctly configured to the respective ISPs.
- Ports 6-7 are already set up for BONDING LAN with IP 172.16.100.0/25, just need the load balancer configured.
- Implement Nth Packet Load Balancing as the primary method.
- Ensure failover capabilities are integrated into the load balancing setup.

- Extensive experience with Mikrotik routers.
- Familiarity with Nth Packet Load Balancing.
- Knowledge of failover systems in load balancing.
