Mikrotik BGP routing issue (read description) public IP announcement, speed issue by... a "route"??

Hi, I need a Mikrotik consultant, please no automatic bids... please don´t put a bid to call my attention, will be ignored... the fee that you put is the fee that I pay.

I have an upstream provider that announce my public IP prefix, and I have a VM that stablish a BGP session and route it to my Mikrotik router in my house, to the Mikrotik in my house I have a Proxmox with Virtual Machines that I configure statics publics IPs and work... but the speed (in my house I has 600/600Mbps) in the VMs are terrible...

I think it´s a issue in my VM that stablish the BGP session...

If I do a traceroute from any VM the route goes through the tunnel from my house to my VM BGP
If I do a traceroute from outside to any public IP that I own, the route don´t goes through the tunnel... the route goes through my dynamic IP of my house... not for the tunnel...
