MikroTik router configuration troubleshooting

I have a relatively basic MikroTik configuration and need someone skilled to help me with troubleshooting.
MikroTik Router is behind the ISP router and has its own static IPv4 address (ISP router as well). After some tweaking and reverting the config, WAN is not accessible anymore. Looking for professional help!
