MikroTik Router issue in Hotsport ( Faild to generate IP & Idle time and disconnection for the devices when they switch off their devices

I need proper solutions for MikroTik Router 1009 issue specially for in Hotspot experiance is giving
1- Faild to get out IP while the subnet is 23 all the time and i have to remove the DHCP lease pool pool many times during the day & Idle time set as per the standard but still devices get disconnection with all the devices when they switch off their wifi its keep asking for relogin again ( really i need permenatnt solution because peopels callig me the whole day
