Major Network Analysis - QOS Analysis

I am looking for a freelancer to help me troubleshoot network performance issues in a medium-sized network of 50-200 devices. I am open to the freelancer's expertise and do not have any specific tools or software in mind for this analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in network troubleshooting and analysis
- Familiarity with various network monitoring and analysis tools
- Understanding of network protocols and configurations
- Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to the client.
We have a Mitel Phone system. We need someone with deep knowledge of networking, routing, and QOS configuration to help us track down network related problems.
