Linux Server & Network Support Technician

I’m looking for an experienced server technician with strong networking skills to maintain and troubleshoot hosting infrastructure. The core of the role is hands-on problem solving—quickly diagnosing server, network, or hardware issues, then implementing permanent fixes to prevent repeat problems.
You’ll work directly with Linux servers, network configurations, firewalls, routing, and hardware management interfaces such as iDRAC or similar out-of-band management panels. Responsibilities include tuning services, resolving connectivity and performance issues, assisting with system builds and rollouts, and applying appropriate security hardening.
Clear written and spoken English is important, as incidents and root-cause analyses are discussed and documented in real time.
