Level 2/3 MSP Systems & Network Engineer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a Level 2 and Level 3 Systems and Network Engineer with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience for an ongoing engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Must have MSP experience; references required.
- Proficiency in enterprise environments, especially Windows Server and Hyper-V.
- Strong skills in Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong skills in complex networks
- Strong skills in Scripting and Automation
- Strong skills in security
- Strong skills in documentation
- Strong skills in driving SLA and KPI metrics
- Must have great verbal and written English
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Verbal and written English proficiency
- Experience with:
- Windows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy
- Virtualization: Hyper-V
- Networking: Juniper, Calix, Mikrotik
- VOIP: SBCs
- Tools: PSA, RMM
- Scripting and Automations
- Understanding KPIs and SLAs
