Large Network Setup & Optimization

I'm a FullStack developer, but I'm in need of a Networking Expert to help me set up and optimize my large and highly complex network.

Key tasks include:
- **Network Setup**: I need assistance to setup the network from scratch. This involves configuring routers, switches, firewalls and other networking devices to ensure a stable and secure network.
- **Network Optimization**: Once the network is up and running, I need the expert to optimize it for performance and efficiency. This may include load balancing, QoS implementation, traffic shaping, and other optimization techniques.

The prime devices that will be part of this network include IoT devices.

Ideal skills and experience for this job includes:
- Proven experience in setting up large and complex networks, ideally including IoT devices
- Expertise in network optimization techniques
- Certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is a plus
- Good communication skills to work with me effectively and explain complex networking concepts clearly.
