Experience in Windows / MAC OS re-installation
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer for resolving Offline and Online (remotely) issues for Laptops and Desktops for both hardware and software.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
Should be good in time management and adhere to the strict deadline resolution on customer complaints.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers for the issues identified while troubleshooting
