we at LAN IT 24 are currently looking for IT Supporters Onsite for our customer in Brazil. (Sao Paolo-Barueri, Santa Cruz)

Start: ASAP

Tasks
- Installation of PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals

- IT user support

- Experience in hardware management

- working with ticket system

- one day per week fix

- additional calls on dispatch

Requirements
- Experience in computer science or similar field

- Good written and spoken German

- Ideally knowledge of English

- Basic network knowledge
