Issabel - IP Address Discovery Issue & all circuits are busy!

In VM see that the IP address for Issabel is not recorded. Cannot remote to console. Also says all lines are busy.
I am unable to specify the exact issue or error messages as I was unable to understand them. That being said, it seems there could be a network connection issue, invalid network settings, or other unknown error messages.
I'm in need of someone experienced with the Issabel system and with a deep understanding of network settings. Ideally, you should be able to determine and troubleshoot even the unknown error messages.
