Intune engineer needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
• History of providing enterprise support, administration and troubleshooting for Autopilot and Mobile Device Management
• Integrating, deploying, and configuring Intune either in a co-management or standalone manner
• 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite + Security (EMS), Active Directory/Identity, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (D-ATP), Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, or related endpoint security solutions and comprehensive threat protection technologies.
• Backend knowledge (administration and troubleshooting) with MDM, EM+S, Autopilot Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure and SQL
• Working / supporting MDM and Endpoint Management for enterprise customers
• 4+ years working with Microsoft Server products
• Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements
• Able to work independently as well in a team environment
• Excellent written, oral, presentation and technical writing skills
• Risk analysis and Remediation Planning
• Characteristics of importance include but are not limited to customer service, problem solving and the ability to read/interpret the needs/wants of customer executives and leaders.
• Ability to tactfully handle and articulate customer critical issues and work in a high stress environment
• Experience supporting a Microsoft environment utilizing the Windows 10 Enterprise, Office, and Windows Server technologies.
• Responsible for defining and managing endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state.
• Function as the primary resource for endpoint hardware configuration, software deployment, and security/patch maintenance policy.
• Help to automate and build Software Packages for Autopilot / Intune deployment.
• Design, test, and deploy secure base images for enterprise use.
• Maintain device collection health and automation.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN & voice network environments, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN.
• Expert knowledge of Apple's iOS on iPads and iPhones, along with strong knowledge with Android devices.
• Core skills required: Windows10; PowerShell and MS Autopilot.
• Experience working in an environment with a large number (3000+)of systems.
• 3+ years of experience with mobile device management for iOS/Android.
• Expertise with BitLocker and DDPE.
• Expertise in troubleshooting for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS operating systems.
• Create technical documents of implementations, break-fix solutions, etc.
