Install Ookla Speedtest Server Windows

I need an experienced Windows-based network specialist to get an Ookla Speedtest Server up and running on my Windows 10 machine. The box is freshly installed, fully updated, and has unrestricted administrator access. Because I do not yet own an Ookla server licence, I also need guidance on completing the licence request with Ookla and applying the key once it is issued.

Once the licence hurdle is cleared, the job is to: download the official Ookla Speedtest Server package, install all required dependencies (Apache/PHP or Nginx, plus any Visual C++ redistributables), configure firewall rules and port forwarding, and verify that the host is discoverable from external clients. I am comfortable opening ports on my router if you tell me exactly which ones and why.

Deliverables
• A fully operational Speedtest host that appears in the public Ookla list and successfully completes test uploads/downloads from at least two remote locations.
• A short text file explaining the install path, relevant service names, and commands I can use to start, stop, or update the server later.
