Indian owned ISP needs help with eBGP/iBGP setup on two ASR 9001 routers running IOS XR

Router in Mescalero has one connection to an upstream provider and another connection to a second router in Albuquerque NM. Albuq router has two up stream Internet providers connections. Some BGP running with default routes. Its time to take full BGP routes now with three upstream providers I believe. XR seems to demand route policies and so fourth. Default routes are no problem to setup but if we take full routes, I have questions. Have had trouble finding XR expertise. I need someone that can get iBGP working between the two routers (static routes now) and eBGP to each provider. I would like to watch/participate and learn but just need to get this done more than anything. Have a visio about ready that will help. Let me know if that is required.
