Implementing a software defined network using ONOS

I am looking to implement a software defined network using ONOS. The type of network architecture will be a logical network and the network topology will be a mesh. The type of controller technology we will be utilizing for the network is ONOS. I am looking for a qualified freelancer to help me plan, configure, and implement this software defined network. This would involve helping me with the setup and configuration, as well as the deployment and testing of the system.
