Implementation of Fortinet Firewalls

I am looking for a freelancer to assist with the implementation of Fortinet Firewalls. This implementation requires specific features such as an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), a Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Traffic Shaping. The hardware I will be using is physical, and I expect this project to take 1-2 weeks to complete. Need engineer at mumbai location only.
