Hyperledger Sawtooth Project Setup Assistance

I need help running a Hyperledger Sawtooth project from a GitHub link on my Windows PC. The project is an Evidence Management System based on Blockchain technology.

Key Requirements:
- Proper, step-by-step instructions to run the code on my PC.
- Prior experience with Hyperledger Sawtooth is not necessary, but a thorough understanding of it is essential.
- Payment will be released only after the project is successfully running on my PC.
