Hik Central Access Control Configuration Support
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We are seeking an experienced freelancer to help us troubleshoot and configure our Hik Central Access Control system. The system is already installed and is successfully clocking people in and out in most areas of the business. However, there are a couple of teams where the data isn't being logged, and we need assistance in identifying and fixing this issue. Additionally, if this task is completed successfully, we have further reports and configurations that we would like to set up within the system, including user management settings (this will be priced separately).
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve data logging issues for specific teams whose clock-in and clock-out times are not being recorded.
Configure user management settings to ensure all staff are correctly set up within the system.
Assist with the setup of additional reports and configurations once the initial issues have been resolved.
Ideal Skills:
Proven experience with Hik Central software.
Proficiency in access control system configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of user management protocols and best practices.
