Write a nice proposal including how a monitoring system could improve proactive measures and ensure stable network operation and what correcting actions could be taken after doing the moninotoring. Also include all the steps in the installation, set up, monitoring and interpret the results.
For now this project is only to write the proposal, if we win the project then we would ask you for consulting on installation, set up and actions that can be taken based on the results.
