Help with pfsense network setup

I need help to setup/strengthen my home lab network with pfsense.
I used to do these things myself but I found out I don't have time anymore.

This network has:
- a dual WAN
- a couple of servers with different services running, some open to the internet
- a few desktop clients
- a number of mobile devices on different wifi SSIDs
- printers and such
- a number of security cameras
- a number of IoT devices (alexa/home automation)
- other stuff

IMPORTANT: I am not asking you to actually access to any of my devices or configure anything directly

For an hourly rate, you will chat with me on Discord (or wherever you want) and let me further explain my setup and needs.
You will then suggest me the best configuration and teach me/guide me through it step by step until great success.
You will produce a draw.io detailed graph and directions on how to maintain it.

Some keywords to throw in are:

- Dell servers

Fluent spoken english or italian is required.
