Help with Unifi Network- Readopt Accesspoints

Hi there, I am seeking help with reinstating my Access points, I have 3 unifi APs, which seem to have dropped from my console after a firmware update. I have tried to reset, reboot, and factory reset, however despite all this I am still having issues getting them to re-adopt. Is this something you would be able to help trouble shoot please?
