Global Network Specialist Needed

I am in the process of finalizing multiple acquisitions around the world, mainly in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The entities I am acquiring have operated independently. I am seeking to have them integrated into one network for appropriate management. I am recruiting for a permanent Senior Level IT Team. I am having this project as a way to evaluate potential solutions while also discussing the plans with those who may consider permanent or long term assignment.

I'm seeking an IT specialist to design and secure a global network. The specific type of network (LAN, WAN, or Wireless) is currently undetermined.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in network design and security.
- Experience in creating documentation and blueprints.
- Ability to assess and recommend the best network type based on needs.
