I am looking for a Fortinet firewall professional to help me to fix one way audio issues.
We have three offices over IPsec tunnel, we are facing one way audio issues with asterisk IP PBX extension over the tunnel. And if we do direct public IP forwarding to asterisk IPPBX extensions, when we try calling from public registered extensions facing one way audio.
Need to check the firewall config for direct NAT configuration and fix sound issues.
Need to check the IPSec tunnel configuration and fix sound issues.
The configuration includes firewall rules, content filter, security, and SSL VPN config.
Post configuration, we need to test the setting.
