Fix Windows LAN/WiFi Connectivity

Job ID: 39799534

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,000 INR

My Windows PC refuses to reach the internet through either the on-board Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi adapter; the only way I can get online is by plugging my phone in and using USB tethering. I have already power-cycled both the router and the computer, yet nothing changed. I have not installed or updated any software or drivers recently, so the breakage seems to have appeared on its own.

I need clear, step-by-step guidance—or a quick remote session if that is faster—to identify the root cause and get both adapters talking to the network again. Diagnosing driver or firmware hiccups, checking disabled services, rebuilding the TCP/IP stack, or anything else you deem necessary is all on the table as long as we end with stable, plug-and-play connectivity over LAN and Wi-Fi.

Success for me looks like this: I disconnect the USB cable, plug in Ethernet or select my regular Wi-Fi, and Windows can browse the web without dropping. If you can walk me through to that point (or handle it directly via a secure remote tool), the job is done.
