Fix QNAP Share Link Prefix

Job ID: 39906742

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I have a fully running QNAP NAS, but every time I generate a share link it still begins with my raw IP address. I want those links to display vframecloud.myqnapcloud.com instead.

Here’s the current state:
• The NAS is online and reachable.
• I activated myQNAPcloud, enabled DDNS, and pointed the service to vframecloud.myqnapcloud.com.
• The blocker seems to be port forwarding; my router isn’t translating traffic the way QNAP expects.

What I need from you:
1. Connect with me over a live screen-sharing session.
2. Diagnose the DDNS, myQNAPcloud, and router settings.
3. Correct the port-forwarding rules so the NAS presents itself as vframecloud.myqnapcloud.com in every shared file link.
4. Test by generating a fresh link that shows the domain instead of the IP.

No other tasks are required—just get this single issue fixed quickly and guide me while you work so I can learn the steps. I’m ready to start immediately and will stay online until we confirm it works.
