Project Title: Firewall Expert (m/f/d)

I am in need of a network firewall configuration expert for a German Client which is a successful MSSP. The right candidate must be located in Germany and able to communicate in German and English!

Requirements:
- Installation + configuration Fortigate Firewall (standalone or via Fortimanager)
- Troubleshooting + error analysis
- Documentation
- Takeover of projects or participation in Fortigate SDWAN managed service projects
- Standardized handover (transition) of managed services to our operations teams

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices
- Know-how in the field of dynamic routing (BGP)
- VPN + SDWAN Technology (based on Fortigate)
- Fortigate, Fortimanager, Fortianalyzer
- (optional: Forti Client + Forti EMS)

Soft skills:
- There should be an understanding of managed services.
- Ideally: "Political" and technical experience and competence in the enterprise environment

Duration:
- Period 6 months
- >=50% (2.5-3 PT / week)

Hourly Rate:
-100€ negociable

Pay Period:
30 days can be shortend to 14 days
