Expert Storage/Servers/Virtualization Engineer Needed

I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Storage/Servers/Virtualization senior Engineer to help me set up a new environment. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding and experience with the following technologies:
- Dell EMC
- VMware
- IBM Power Systems
- HPE
- Lenovo
- Supermicro
- Cisco

Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new server and storage infrastructure
- Implementing the virtualization solution
- Ensuring optimal performance for the environment
Key Responsibilities
Server Management
-Install, configure, and manage HP ProLiant and other HP Blade and Synergy server systems.
-Install and configure Virtual Connect
-Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
-Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patches on servers.
-Install, configure, and manage HP OneView System
-Implement and manage security procedures to protect server infrastructure.
-Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Storage Management and SAN Switches
-Install, configure, and manage HP storage solutions, including HP 3PAR, HP Alletra, HP MSA, and other related systems.
-Ensure storage solutions comply with company policies for security and data protection.
-Monitor storage systems to ensure best performance and availability.
-Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patches on storage systems.
-Design and Implementation Virtualization solutions (Optional)
-Design and deploy virtualization solutions using technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
-Develop and implement virtualization strategies, standards, and best practices.
-Manage and maintain virtual infrastructure, including virtual machines, hosts, clusters, and storage.
-Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to virtualization platforms.
Data Protection and Backup
-Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions (VEEAM, Symantec BackupEXEC) to ensure data -integrity and availability.
-Perform regular data backups and conduct routine disaster recovery drills.
Performance Optimization
-Monitor storage performance and capacity, making recommendations and adjustments to optimize -performance and resource utilization.
-Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues promptly.
Documentation and ReportingMaintain comprehensive documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures.
-Generate reports on storage usage, performance, and incidents for management review.
Collaboration and Support:
-Work closely with IT teams, including network and server administrators, to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions.
-Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
