Epik Router Installation

Scope of Work: Oakland, CA 94607
Please be sure to log in and log out with EPIK Technical Team -
Review SOW with Technical team and then procced with install
Mount 4 port EPIK Router
Attach 4 antennas
Mount 66 block
Connect Power
Terminate 4 pairs of 25 pair on 66 block
Connect Amphenol cable to EPIK Router
Power on BOTH power buttons
Test new dial tone for inbound and outbound
DO NOT MOVE any cross connects until joining TU Bridge and are directed to
Join TU Bridge to perform EPIK Cutover at scheduled time 11:00 AM
